Once again Shuzu made school shoe shopping straightforward and angst free! All the fitters are great. We had Emma again - she understood the impact of using orthopedic insoles and suggested shoes that would work. She found a shoe for my 11yo starting secondary school, which she loves and is comfy. All done within 15mins. Heaven! But do pre-book a fitting, makes the process even easier!

I was so impressed with our experience. There was a variety of shoes in a range of sizes. Emma was so knowledgeable and could tell the fit just by looking. Being able to book an appointment made the experience so easy. My daughter is very excited with her first pair of school shoes!

First experience using ShuZu for my daughter’s first pair of school shoes. Booked a fitting which was super easy. I thought the whole experience was fantastic, not rushed and Caitlin was knowledgeable and explained about different styles we can have and the differences between them, and a great selection was brought out to try on. We tried every pair and we were advised on the fitting and again the differences between the brands. Proper shoe experts! Left happy and feeling confident we have the right shoes to start school with. Extra bonus points for making it an even better experience with a certificate and picture of our daughter’s first pair of school shoes.

We've been coming here for the last few years for my kids' shoes and have always had a great experience. Emma is always so friendly and knowledgeable. She knows which styles work best for different feet and always finds something that fits them well. She makes the whole process really easy. Highly recommend!

Very professional friendly service. Genuinely sad it is the last shoe fitting we are doing (Year 11). Highly recommend this store. We moved from Clarks 7 years ago and never looked back. Much more choice, much more knowledge, much better quality. Excellent all round!

Very positive experience. I always come here for my daughter's school shoes. Staff are always excellent, and well trained. We are local to Woking, and its definitely worth the 25 mins journey (each way!) Nice local shops, and eateries to browse if you have the time :-)
