Brilliant experience from start to finish. Dylan was fantastic, incredibly patient and understanding. We have been to many shoe shops and tried many shoes for my hard to fit and sensitive daughter and this didn't phase them one bit. We were out within 30 mins with a fab pair of shoes and positive experience.

Fantastic help. Easily booked a fitting appointment the night before. Seen on time. Really friendly. Very knowledgeable and provided brilliant advice. Walked out with new shoes within 20 minutes. We usually struggle to find the right fit.

We made the mistake last year of not using ShuZu so we made sure to return this year for new school shoes and we were not disappointed. The service is fantastic with staff who are so knowledgeable and with no query or 'difference' being a problem. Both my children came away with new shoes for school and they are thrilled with them! Very knowledgable, good selection including different width sizes, (even at the end of the school holidays when alot of shoe shops don't seem to order many more in and one is left with the dregs of what is left). Ample public carpark nearby. Highly recommended.
